"PROJECT MANAGER"

Responsible :

a.. As project guard in keeping track of project progress and control project execution and monitoring project to keep the project on schedule.

Requirement :
a.. Civil or Architect Engineering background
b.. Have more than 4 years experience as Project Controller or Project Manager in the Developer Constructions of Office Tower, Shopping Malls, or Industrial Estates
c.. Experienced and depth knowledge in Building and Property Maintenance
d.. Depth knowledge in project control methodology, specialize in project planning & control
e.. Good knowledge in controlling system information development process to keep project schedule on time
f.. Willing to work with contract bases (around 18 moths)


"LEGAL OFFICER"

Responsible :
a.. Review and to advise on business legal matters such as agreement, contract and publication.

Requirement :
a.. Min. Bachelor degree in Law Department or relevant field (preferable from reputable University)
b.. Male with min. 29 years-old
c.. Minimum 4 years experience as a Legal Officer in Property Business, or Building Management
d.. Knowledge of Local Government procedures with regard to permits and permission required.
e.. A good personal integrity and a mature one
f.. Be able to work under pressure
g.. Excellent in Communication and Interpersonal skills


FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Requirement :
a.. DIII or S1 in accounting/finance
b.. Not more than 30 years old.
c.. At least 4 years accounting, finance, treasure & taxation experience with a mid-size company.
d.. Computer literate
e.. Strong personal integrity and able to work under pressure.
