Our Exploration & Production work further of Italy is primarily carried out in West and North Africa, US, North Sea, Kazakhstan, Asia and Far East. In Asia we are present in China, Australia, Pakistan, India and Indonesia. In these locations we carry out fully integrated sub-surface studies covering the whole E&P business spectrum, from regional, basin and green-field evaluations through to complete field evaluation and developments. Eni Indonesia participates in ten PSCs in Indonesia, including nine in Deep Water, and is pursuing an active exploration and development program.

Position Requirements

Candidates must have a solid base of oil/gas sector experience (gained with an operator, contractor or a law firm), with at least 3 to 7 years post-qualifying legal experience and be fluent in spoken and written English to work for its Jakarta office. In additional, candidates should be confident, proactive, flexible and robust individuals who are able to work independently.

Position Responsibilities

To provide legal advice and support to the Company. The focus of the role will be on drafting, analysis and negotiation of a diverse range of commercial agreements and documents in support of the Company's E&P activities with particular emphasis on procurement of goods and services, joint venture and portfolio management agreements, as well as responsibility for corporate matters such as compliance, business ethics and dispute resolution.
