Bertanggung jawab terhadap penanganan hubungan industrial dan penyelesaian
perselisihan karyawan dengan pihak-pihak terkait, membina hubungan baik
dengan pihak internal dan eksternal, serta menangani tenaga outsourcing.

Kualifikasi:
S1 Hukum, IPK minimal 3.00
Usia maksimal 27 tahun
Berpengalaman di bidang hubungan industrial minimal 2 tahun Supel dan mudah
menyesuaikan diri dalam segala situasi Kritis dan memiliki daya analisa yang
tinggi terhadap suatu permasalahan Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi &
interpersonal yang baik Mampu menjadi penengah dalam penanganan konflik yang
muncul di perusahaan Memahami Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan
implementasinya Berpengalaman dalam penanganan tenaga kerja outsourcing

- Degree in Law, Accounting or Psychology

2.. CHIEF PERSONNEL (for Japanese Chemical Industry)

- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Degree in Law or Psychology
- Min. 2-3 years experience as an HR/Personnel Supervisor
- Experience in a Manufacturing company would be an advantage

- Willing to be located in Tangerang
- Salary : up to 3.8 M net


3.. HR DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (for USA Industrial Company)

- Male/ Female, max. 35 years old
- Degree in any discipline, Psychology and Master degree is preferable
- Min. 3 years experience in handle Training and Development also as a Trainer
- English is a MUST

- Min. 2-3 years experience as Account Officer or Marketing for consumer, commercial, funding or lending in banking industry

6.. BRAND MANAGER ( for Philippine Consumer Goods Company)

- Male/Female, Max. 35 years old
- Min. 2-3 years experience handle Brand or as a Brand Manager
- English is a MUST

- Degree in any discipline, preferably from Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication

9.. SALES ENGINEER (for European Machinery Trading Company)

- Male, max. 40 years old
- Min. 4-5 years experience in selling machinery
- Have wide network in Timber or Plywood industries
- Also open from Food and Beverage industry

10.. SALES ENGINEER (for US Industrial Company)

- Male, max 35 years old
- Preferably having a degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- Min. 2-3 years experience as Sales Engineer
- Computer literate (Microsoft and Internet)
- Have a wide network in Metal, Electro Plating, or Plastic Industries
- English is a MUST
- Salary : based on qualification

11.. SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE (for Dutch Chemical Company)

- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferable
- Min. 2-3 years experience in selling chemical and textile
- Strong in Technical
- Have wide network in Textile industries
- English is a MUST
- Salary : 3.5 - 5 M gross

12.. SALES ENGINEER (for European Industrial Company)

- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication is preferable)
