Multinational Insurance Company

We are a multinational insurance company currently looks for:

Manager - Management Information System
You will be responsible for enhancing management information system
and reporting capability in order to provide senior management with
timely and insightful financial and operational information and
analysis in order to actively manage the business.
The ideal candidate should possess a Master Degree in
Accounting/Finance/IT with at least 8 years experience in related
field preferably with the insurance business. Practical experience of
MIS system development. He/She should be a good team player, being
analytical, creative & logical thinking with a professional attitude.

Executive - Management Information System Support
You will be responsible for providing users to support business needs
through identifying the needs and timely delivery of appropriate
solutions for finance and accounting system.
University graduate preferably majoring in computer accounting with
at least 2 years' experience in developing financial system in life
insurance industry. Able to use MS-Access, MS SQL Oracle, creating
database, tables, online query, report generators to support
user's
needs, doing data modeling, analyzing data, maintain data integrity
and thorough understanding of data processes.

Executive - Financial Accounting
You will be responsible in performing specialized accounting function
such as overseeing the maintenance of company ledgers and books of
account. Prepare special financial and statistical reports and
financial statements timely (incl. unit linked business control,
monitoring closing of financial statement, accounting system
maintenance and bank reconciliation)
The ideal candidate should possess a University degree in Accounting
or Computer Accounting with at least 2 years working experience in
accounting. He/She should have good command of English, report
writing skill, analytical and communication skills, and show
assertive - persistence attitude.

Assistant Manager - New Business & Group Business
You will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the
activities of the New Business administration and Group Business
staff by providing quality service to our customers, ensuring that
service standards of issuing policies are met, controlling the
expenses against budget and supporting the Company's objectives
and
strategies.
University graduate with at least 4 years' relevant experience,
preferably in life insurance industry. Experience in supervising at
least 5 staff.


Senior Executive - Technical Support
You will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software,
networking, security, communication system; running daily, weekly,
monthly and yearly batch process in LIFE/ASIA and Informix systems.
You will also be responsible for providing solutions to users on
technical problems.
University graduate preferably major in Information Technology, with
at least 3 years' experience in technical support.


Senior Executive - Database Administrator
You will be responsible for maintaining and administering databases
for all systems, including maintaining integrity of the data, setting
up databases, troubleshooting, and doing performance analysis.
University graduate preferably major in Information Technology, with
experience in maintaining and administering database server, e.g.:
MSSQL, Oracle, DB2 UDB. Has programming skills in Visual Basic, Java,
WEB development, etc.


Senior Executive - PC and WEB Developer
You will be responsible for customizing, enhancing and maintaining
application for PC and WEB development.
University graduate preferably major in Information Technology with
experience in doing programming in: Visual Basic, Java programming,
WEB development, Domino designer. Possess knowledge on databases
(SQL, Oracle, DB2 UDB, etc). Knowledge of Life Insurance business
will be an advantage.




Executive - Agency Development
You will be responsible for increasing Annual Premium Income for a
defined group of agencies within your region, including administer
all agency activities, generate reports on productivity, production,
persistency; provide administration support between the company and
agency force, and deliver training to new agents. Will be based in
Jakarta, Medan, Denpasar or Makasar.
University graduate with at least 2 years' experience in
administration and sales area preferably in life insurance industry.
Should be willing to travel.


Executive - Trainer
You will be responsible for providing Training and Development
courses/program to Sales Force with the ultimate goal of improving
Sales productivity and quality. Will be based in Jakarta or Surabaya.
University graduate with at least 2 years working experience as a
Sales Trainer, preferably in life insurance industry. Should be
willing to travel.

Executive - Financial Advisor Trainer
You will be responsible for providing Training and Development for
Financial Advisor Program to improve Sales Productivity and Quality.
University graduate with at least 2 years working experience as a
Sales Trainer, preferably in life insurance industry. Should be
willing to travel.


Executive - Legal
The successful candidate will be responsible in responding all legal
interactions with customers through voice phone, email, mail,
facsimile and walk in customers. Planning, organizing & supporting
the customer service activities and also writing policy provision to
ensure compliance with company product specification, insurance and
government regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess a University Degree in law with at
least 2 years working experience in the insurance business. He/She
should have an excellent writing, communication and interpersonal
skills and be customer-focused with an excellent service aptitude.


Assistant Executive - Conservation Action Team
Responsible for conservation initiative and improving policy
persistency, through detail explanation on policy benefit to lapsed
Policy Holders and communicate the result to respective agent or
agency leader.
The ideal candidate should possess a University Degree preferably in
finance, economics, or insurance with at least 2 years working
experience in the insurance business. He/She should have good
knowledge in Customer Service, good communication skill, pleasant
personality and attitude, good writing and analytical skills.
